Do we have the ability to have a separate calendar for community events such as sober activities and support groups?

You can always add non-committee meeting events to the calendar by selecting General Event under Event Type although there is no separate calendar for General Events. They are all aggregated into the calendar for your department and county-wide. This a feature that we could look at developing if that separation is really, really needed otherwise they will be located on the site wide calendar and your departmental calendar.
