How do we add FAQs?

We can already do this in one of 2 ways:

1. Create a page and then add your FAQs as formattable text
2. Use our FAQs feature which has not been used yet. One other department is considering using this. I would have to give you rights to access this feature. Let me know if you would like to take a look at it.
