This contract is to provide a Re-Entry Coordinator position in the Jail, working with the Justice, Diversion and Support program to reduce recidivism of those persons going back in to the community.  The goal is to get participants set up with appropriate resources, services, and education to give them the best chance at re-occurrence of incarceration.
