Consultant agrees to provide Additional Services to the original contract signed January 18, 2019 and amended September 30, 2019. These services will be set forth as specific tasks agreed upon between SCHD and Thomas Weber. The intent of this contract is to allow for the Consultant to provide technical assistance to SCHD for projects related to the policies, procedures, practices and operations of the Justice, Diversion, and Support division of the SCHD and the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) of Sauk County.
