Alcohol Compliance Check Buyer Agreement

The Health Dept, through the Sauk County Partnership for Prevention coalition, will be partnering with local law enforcement agencies to conduct alcohol age compliance checks. Health Dept. staff will recruit youth buyers, ages 18-19, to attempt to purchase alcohol with their own underage ID. Buyers will be supervised by law enforcement staff as well as a Health Dept. staff member/intern. The buyers will sign the Sauk County Volunteer Agreement as well as the attached draft contract "Agreement of Understanding" that the health dept. drafted using materials from other WI counties. The buyers will be trained on March 28, hence the short turn around time needed.
