Ascent Land Records (ALRS), from Transcendent Technologies, is the primary system used by the Sauk County Treasurer to manage the County's property tax records. This system not only tracks assessment data and calculates property taxes, but it is also the parcel record for the lands within Sauk County.
Because this system is the County's primary land information system, it lends itself to other functionality related to lands of Sauk County, such as the management of conservation and zoning practices. Programs that integrate into the system have access to up to date parcel data and other land attributes managed by the system.
The BMP software integrates into the ALRS system and will provide the LRE office with the ability to track various conservation management practices, implemented through the department, by landowners within the county.
