Brent Miller Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this September 11, 2020 with an effective date of September 15, 2020 (or the date in which the last party executes this Agreement), by and between Sauk County, Wisconsin (the "County") and Brent R. Miller ("Administrator"). The County and Administrator may be referred to herein singularly as a "Party'' or collectively as the "Parties". 

WHEREAS, the County desires to employ Administrator as the County Administrator, as allowed by Wis. Stat. §§ 59.03, 59.04 and as specifically set forth in Wis. Stat. § 59.18, and Administrator is willing to render services to the County on the terms and conditions of employment as set forth below. 

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises, terms and conditions hereof, the County and Administrator agree as follows:
