Grant Agreement Amendment between ADRC and Greater Wisconsin Agency on Aging (GWAAR) - AAA Older American’s Act Programs Title III – Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) Additional Funding

This amends the original 2020 OAA Contract agreement for the period of January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020 by and between the "GRANTOR" Greater Wisconsin Agency on Aging Resources (GWAAR).

This amendment will serve as notification that the GRANTOR is unilaterally changing the amount of the grant by the amounts shown in the table below, in column "Contract Change Amount" and making the total payment to the GRANTEE in the amounts also shown in the table below, in column "New Contract Amount" Grant
