This amends the original agreement for the period of October 1, 2019- September 30, 2020 between GWAAR and ADRC of Sauk County. This amendment will serve as notification that GWAAR is unilaterally changing the amount of the grant by the amount of $105.00 increase and the new contract amount is $ 35,251.00. All the  terms and condition of the original agreement remain unchanged.
