This is an agreement to purchase a postage meter through Pitney Bowes. It is also an equipment and software maintenance agreement per requirements of federal law as certain components of a postage meter do not allow for their purchase and will need to be serviced and maintained. The Health Care Center has a required need for a postage meter as we are an outlying building to the WSB and require the need for daily mail service due to the nature of our business.
