File Language Line agreement

The WIC program needs all contract interpreters to pass a proficiency test prior to them providing services to our program.  This agreement will be in place so interpreters can take the proficiency test.  The state WIC office will reimburse our WIC program for the cost of the proficiency test, so there will be no final cost to our local program.  In order for us to get the test results  from each potential interpreter we need to initial pay for the cost of the test.
