Between: Sauk County Health Department (SCHD) and Vernon County Health Department (VCHD) Subject:
Mutual Aid for Environmental Health Services in Staffing Emergencies
I. Purpose
This MOU establishes a framework for mutual aid between SCHD and VCHD to ensure the continuity of
DATCP agent contract compliance and essential environmental health services in the event of
staffing emergencies. This agreement formalizes the commitment to share resources and protect
public health.
