The scope of the work authorized is: Provide a CSM of lands acquired by Sauk
County from WisDOT as Excess Lands and staking of CSM property corners. Does not
include any review/recording/application fees or attendance of meetings. Does not
include preparation of rezone application or access easement documents. Does not
include correspondence with WisDOT. Sauk County will be responsible for the
recording of the CSM.
