1. Review and determine geotechnical investigation requirements and scope. Develop
geotechnical program requirements.

2. Develop a Geotechnical Request for Proposal

3. Evaluate Proposals from Geotechnical Consultants 

4. Project Support during Geotechnical Investigations

5. Provide and stake horizontal and vertical project control points (outside of work
limits) to support geotechnical consultant’s survey calibration of boring locations.

6. Project Management, Correspondence, and QA/QC
