Tyler is the vendor of our cloud hosted financial system, MUNIS.  Sauk County's auditors (Baker Tilly) are requesting a security compliance document from Tyler as part of the annual IT audit.  Before Tyler will release the document, they  require that Sauk County sign this agreement.

Review

As this contract seeks to restrict the release of information provided to the County by Tyler, it seems prudent to have it reviewed for compliance with applicable release of information requirements under law.
