FIRST AMENDMENT TO COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES SPACE LEASE AGREEMENT

            This First Amendment to Communications Facilities Space Lease Agreement (the “First Amendment”), made this ___________ day of ____________, 2019, modifies that certain Communications Facilities Space Lease Agreement, by and between the County of Sauk, a political subdivision of the State of Wisconsin (“County”) and United States Cellular Operating Company LLC, Attention: Real Estate Lease Administration, 8410 West Bryn Mawr Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, 60631 (“Lessee”).

            WHEREAS, County and Lessee entered into the Agreement allow Lessee to locate and operate telecommunications equipment on the rooftop owned by County and known as West Square Administration Building in the City of Baraboo; and,

WHEREAS, County and Lessee hereby agree to amend the Agreement to describe changes to Lessee’s equipment on the Premises, and;

            NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these presents, the parties hereby agree that the Lease is now modified as follows:

Exhibit A is hereby deleted and replaced Exhibit A1 attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Except as amended herein, all other terms of the Lease remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
