The Sauk County Clerk’s Office is pleased to announce a Passport Fair featuring Saturday hours and half price photos (Reg. $12.00).  The Passport Fair will be by appointment only, and will be held on Saturday August 21, 2021, at the Sauk County Clerk’s Office, 505 Broadway, Baraboo, WI, from 8:00 A.M. until Noon. 

New applicants please bring:  certified copy of your birth certificate (Must have both parent’s full names), photo ID, your checkbook or money order for correct amount (Adult fee- $110.00; Minors 16 & under - $80.00), and processing fee of $35.00 (cash or check), plus $6.00 photo fee if applicable (cash or check).

Routine service can take up to 18 weeks from the day an application is submitted to the day a new passport is received.  Expedite service (for an additional $60) can take up to 12 weeks from the day an application is submitted to the day a new passport is received.  If you are planning travel for your winter getaway, now is the time to apply for your passport!
