Passport and Marriage License by Appointment in the Sauk County Clerk's Office

FOR IMMEDIATE PRESS RELEASE:

May 15, 2020:

The Sauk County Clerk’s Office is resuming U.S. Passport issuance beginning on Monday, May 18, 2020.

Passport applications will be taken by appointment only.  Please note that the U.S. Department of State has a significant backlog of passport applications for processing.  Therefore, they are not honoring the   6 – 8 week processing time that would normally be expected, and expedited applications are not being processed at this time.

The Sauk County Clerk’s office is also issuing marriage licenses.  Marriage licenses will be issued by appointment only.
