The Sauk County Clerk’s Office is pleased to announce a Passport Fair featuring Saturday hours and reduced priced photos.  The Passport Fair “Walk-In Event” will be held on Saturday July 28, 2018, at the Sauk County Clerk’s Office,

505 Broadway, Baraboo, WI, from 8:00 A.M. until Noon. 

New applicants please bring:  certified copy of your birth certificate (Must have both parent’s full names), photo ID, your checkbook or money order for correct amount (Adult fee- $110.00; Minors 16 & under - $80.00), and processing fee of $35.00 (cash or check)
