IMMEDIATE UPDATE:  PER JUDGE CRABB'S ORDER LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON, JUNE 13, 2014:

SAUK COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE CANNOT ISSUE/SELL SAME SEX MARRIAGE LICENSES:

IT IS ORDERED that defendants’ motion to stay all relief in this case,

dkt. #114, is GRANTED. The injunction and the declaration shall take effect after the

conclusion of any appeals or after the expiration of the deadline for filing an appeal,

whichever is later.

The clerk of court is directed to enter judgment in favor of plaintiffs and close this

case.

Marriage License application hours are Monday - Friday;    8:00 AM  to 4:00 PM.
