Below is information for a legal advertisement for asphalt paving construction for the Badger
Unit of the Great Sauk State Trail.  Please publish the legal advertisement twice in the Reedsburg Independent.

Please send a tear-sheet proof of publication for the ad along with your invoice.  The size of the legal ad should be single column size. 

“The Sauk County Highway Department will accept sealed bids until 9:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, on Wednesday September 12, 2018, at the Sauk County Highway Department, 620 Linn St, West Baraboo, WI 53913, ATTN: Patrick Gavinski, Highway Commissioner, for the asphalt paving construction for the Badger Unit of the Great Sauk State Trail. All sealed bids received must be marked “Great Sauk State Trail Paving.” 

Bid forms and specifications are available at the Sauk County Highway Department at 620 Linn Street, West Baraboo, WI  53913. 

The Sauk County Highway Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid quotation deemed the most responsive lowest bid that is most advantageous to Sauk County.”
