Motion by Peper, seconded by Netzinger to approve April 2017 vouchers in the amount of $92,394.89.

b. Open Bids for CTH W Cold-in-Place Recycling and Milling Project at 9:00 a.m.
2 Bids were received.
Motion by Peper, seconded by Netzinger to award Mathy Construction the CTH W Cold-in-Place Recycling and Milling Project in the amount of $267,112.39.
Motion carried.
c. Open Bids for CTH W Paving Project at 9:00 a.m.
3 Bids were received.
Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Peper to award Scott Construction the CTH W Paving Project in the amount of $550,800.00.
Motion carried.
d. Discussion of Filling Upcoming Vacancy of Highway Commissioner.
A. Kleczek-Bolin discussed updating job description. Posting position full recruitment, with interviews in June. Revise Ordinance to show 2 year term (June Committee Meeting)

e. Review and Approval of 2016 Highway Department Financial Report.
Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Peper to approve 2016 Highway Department Financial Report.

f. Discuss Roof Repairs on Salt Sheds.
Reedsburg – 2 salt sheds – 2017
Baraboo – 2 salt sheds - 2018
Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Peper to approve roof repairs on Reedsburg and Baraboo salt sheds utilizing Highway Dept. crews.
Motion carried.
g. Discuss Road Construction Projects for 2017.
Specs for CTH F – 2 miles.

Don Fleming discussed ATV routes/County road through White Mound Park.
