1. Meeting called to Order by Chairman Meister. Present: Meister, Riek, Netzinger, Peper and Flint.
Absent: None.
Also present: Carignan; Stieve; M. Krueger - – Sauk Co. Board Chair; Stephanie Knuth, Dan Knuth – Knuth Concrete; Brian Simmert – CPZ.
2. Adopt Agenda. Motion by Peper, seconded by Flint.
Motion carried.
3. Department: Highway
a. Consider Bids for the Removal and Construction of Concrete Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk, Curb Ramp and Detectable Warning Fields Pertaining to the Great Sauk State Trail Project.
Motion by Flint, seconded by Peper to award the bid for Great Sauk State Trail Concrete Construction in the amount of $ 101,349.50 pending Knuth Concrete & Construction LLC provides an irrevocable letter of credit to Sauk County to cover the full amount of the bid contract.
Motion carried.
