Public Meeting Set For US 12 Baraboo Bypass South Segment - February 6, 2013

Public meeting set for US 12 Baraboo bypass south segment.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting to discuss the south segment of the US 12 Baraboo bypass between Terrytown Road and Ski Hi Road in Sauk County. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 6 from 6-8 p.m. in the lower level (B-24/30) of the West Square building, 505 Broadway Street, Baraboo.

The meeting will provide an update on the design progress and project schedule. The meeting will also introduce proposed community sensitive design concepts such as landscaping and bridge and retaining wall aesthetic treatments. In addition, the meeting will discuss Specific Information Signs that will be installed as part of the project.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, provide input and ask questions concerning this project. Maps showing the proposed improvements will be on display. WisDOT representatives will be available to discuss the project on an individual basis.
