Sauk County Highway Department - Patrol Truck Bids

The Sauk County Highway Committee will accept sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. at the Highway Office on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 for three (3) Patrol Trucks of not less than 41,000 G.V.W.R. State Highway Commission rated.

Certifications must accompany all quotations that truck being bid will meet State Highway Commission classifications covering truck from GVW shown on bidding sheet.  Any equipment needed to meet this requirement not called for in specifications will be furnished, included in bid price, and so noted.

All bids received must be marked “Sealed Bid for Patrol Trucks”.  Bid forms and specifications are available at the Sauk County Highway Dept. Office, 620 Linn, P.O. Box 26, Baraboo, WI  53913.

Bids shall be good for 45 days and approved at February 9, 2022 Highway Committee Meeting.

Note:  Bidder shall obtain a statement from the factory stating the time required to make delivery following an award, if any. Said statement from the factory shall be attached to this proposal by the bidder and be made a part thereof.

The Sauk County Highway Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid quotation they deem most advantageous to Sauk County.
