Amending Sauk County Code Chapter 15, All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) And Utility-Terrain Vehicle (UTV) Crossings And Routes On County Trunk Highways

Sauk Co. Code Ch. 15 regulates approval of ATV routes, and in April 2014, the Wisconsin State Legislature enacted 2013, Act 2013, which granted authority to counties and local governments to establish ATV routes on highways, and your undersigned committee does believe Sauk County should have the discretion.

ATV's and UTV's can operate on a route should be amended, Shall not be operated on an approved route other than between one half hour before sunrise and one half hour after sunset to 7:00 am to 9:00 pm
