RESOLUTION NO. _____ - 2017

Resolution Honoring Dr. Stacy Zobel

            WHEREAS, it is the custom of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors to recognize individuals who have served the people of Sauk County with distinction; and,

            WHEREAS, Dr. Stacy Zobel has faithfully served as a member of the Sauk County Board of Health Community Member since April 2003; and,

WHEREAS, Dr. Stacy Zobel has completed her term as a member of the Sauk County Board of Health on April 2017; and,

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, hereby expresses its appreciation and commends Dr. Stacy Zobel for over fourteen years of faithful service to the people of Sauk County; and

            BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors is hereby directed to present to Dr. Stacy Zobel an appropriate certificate of commendation as a token of our esteem.
