APPROVING LEASED OFFICE SPACE TO AVERTEST, LLC D/B/A AVERHEALTH FOR URINALYSIS TESTING FOR THE SAUK COUNTY ADULT TREATMENT COURT PROGRAM

Background: The Sauk County Treatment Court uses random drug testing as a part of its treatment court program. For 2018, Sauk County is switching providers from Options Lab to a new provider, Avertest. Options Lab currently leases space to provide its services to the Treatment Court. This lease ends in 2017. Avertest will be leasing the same space for the same purpose. This resolution would authorize Sauk County to lease the same space that Options Lab is currently leasing for its urinalysis testing program to Avertest LLC, d/b/a averhealth.

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, met in regular session, that the County Clerk and County Board Chair are hereby authorized to sign, on behalf of Sauk County, the lease for office space in the Sauk County Courthouse with Avertest LLC, d/b/a averhealth be extended upon the terms and conditions deemed acceptable by the Property and Insurance.

 

For consideration by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors on December 19, 2017.
