AMENDING CHAPTER 29, FOOD SAFETY AND RECREATIONAL LICENSING AND INSPECTION AND CHAPTER 30, BODY ART LICENSING AND REGULATION

Background: The Sauk County Board of Supervisors on January 17, 2017, created Chapter 29 Food Safety and Recreational Licensing and Inspection, and Chapter 30 Body Art Licensing and Regulation, when the licensing and regulation of such moved to the Sauk County Health Department.  The Sauk County Health Department recommends amending Chapter 29 to add “Wis. Admin. Code ch. ATCP 75” to the list of regulations contained in section 29.022 of Chapter 29, as it was inadvertently omitted.  The Sauk County Health Department also recommends amending the language of Chapter 30 so that it corresponds to the statutory language of Wis. Admin. Code Ch. SPS 221, which is the supporting authority for regulation and licensing of such.

The County Board of Supervisors of the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, ordains as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, met in regular session, that Sauk Co. Code § 29.022 shall be amended to read as attached hereto as Appendix A and shall be effective upon passage; and,

            BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors met in regular session, that Sauk Co. Code, Chapter 30, is hereby amended to read as attached hereto as Appendix B, and shall be effective upon passage.
