Background

Background: Sauk County has taken a tax deed on the below described parcel.  The property has  been advertised as a Class III Notice under Chapter 985 of the Wisconsin Statutes and it remains unsold. Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 75.69, we may sell a parcel that remains unsold as long as the price received meets or exceeds the advertised aggregate appraised value.  The appraised value is $4,100.00.  Kenneth M. Jilk and Becky L. Jilk have offered the sum of $4,100.00,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors met in regular session that the Sauk County Clerk be and hereby is authorized and directed, having received $4,100.00 from Kenneth M. Jilk and Becky L. Jilk on March 26, 2018 to issue a quit claim deed to Kenneth M. Jilk and Becky L. Jilk for the below described property:

 

Spring Brook Glen Condo (Phase 2), Unit 47, more particularly described in the Sauk County Register of Deeds office at Document #735793.  (Parcel #146-1053-50470)  

Appraised Value:  $4,100.00    Offer Amount:  $4,100.00

For consideration by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors on August 21, 2018.
