ORDER OF BUSINESS. The meeting was called to order by Bychinski at 2:30P.M. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meetings Law.
AGENDA. Motion by S. Gibson, second by P. Rego, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT. None.
COMMUNICATIONS. None.
CHILD SUPPORT INTERNAL PROMOTION. M. Posewitz presented on behalf of A. Olson regarding the ability to internally promote T. Klemm into the vacant Child Support Paraprofessional (Case Manager) position. Discussion ensued. Motion by T. McCumber, second by S. Gibson, to approve the internal promotion as presented. Motion carried.
CPZ RECLASSIFICATION OF VACANT ASSISTANT ZONING ADMINISTRATOR. L. Wilson appeared to request ability to reclassify vacant Assistant Zoning Administrator, resulting in pay band change to C41. As positions have become vacant, the department has been evaluating internal structure. Discussion ensued. Motion by T. McCumber, second by P. Rego, to approve the reclassification as presented. Motion carried.
RATIFICATION OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAUK COUNTY AND WPPA L241. M. Posewitz presented the tentative agreements reached between Sauk County and WPPA L241 (Sheriff’s Department). The union ratified the tentative agreements earlier in the week. Discussion ensued. Motion by C. Gruber, second by T. McCumber, to ratify the collective bargaining agreement between Sauk County and WPPA L241 as presented in the ratification agreement. Motion carried.
CONSIDERATION OF CHAPTER 13, SAUK COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES. M. Posewitz presented revisions to Chapter 13, Sauk County Code of Ordinances, the Personnel Ordinance. The prior committee has been working on various changes since December of 2017. The group reviewed the changes to the draft ordinance. The ordinance will most likely result in a repeal and recreate based on the volume of changes. Discussion ensued. Motion by S. Gibson, second by T. McCumber, to accept the revisions to the Personnel Ordnance, as amended. Motion carried.
Motion by S. Gibson, second by P. Rego, to adjourn until July 17, 2018, at 4:30PM. Motion carried.
