Baraboo Search Warrant
 
October 20, 2013
 
On October 18th, 2013, The Sauk County Emergency Response Team, Sauk County Drug Task Force, and Officers with the Baraboo Police Department executed a search warrant.   The warrant was in response to an on-going drug investigation regarding the sales of Heroin and other illegal drugs within the City of Baraboo and Sauk County.  The search warrant was executed at a residence located at 4 South Center Street in the City of Baraboo.  
 
As a result of this Search Warrant, ​four people were arrested and incarcerated in the Sauk County Jail:
 
Robert H. Racinowski  Jr., age 34 of Baraboo, was charged with Resisting Arrest, Possession of Heroin, and a Parole Violation from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
 
Brittany N. Lord, age 24 of Baraboo, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Bail Jumping.
 
Jason J. Bertram, age 34 of Baraboo, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Parole Violation from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
 
Collin A. Blevins, age 19 of Baraboo, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
 
During the search, Heroin, prescription drugs, drug packaging material and drug paraphernalia were seized by the officers.

The Sauk County Drug Task Force consists of members from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office, Baraboo Police Department, Sauk Prairie Police Department, Reedsburg Police Department, Lake Delton Police Department, Spring Green / Plain Police Department and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
