Child Abuse Arrest
On 11/20/2024, The Sauk County Sheriff’s Office responded to SSM St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo for the report of an eighteen-month-old child that was brought in with injuries consistent with child abuse.
During the investigation, Deputies and Detectives learned that the injuries to the child occurred at a motel in the Township of Baraboo. Izabella Perry, age 17 of Baraboo was arrested and taken to the Sauk County Jail for Child Abuse-Intentionally Cause Great Bodily Harm.
Izabella is being held pending an initial appearance in Sauk County Circuit Court. The charges are merely an accusation of criminal conduct where probable cause existed for an arrest. The individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
