Civil Process Fees Restructured

CIVIL PROCESS RATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION

   Pursuant to resolution 131-14 by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors on December 16^th, 2014, the Sauk County Sheriffs Office with be transitioning to a flat rate fee system for the service of civil process effective January 1^st, 2015.

   Additionally, The Sauk County Sheriffs Office will be requiring prepayment in full for all paper service, and announces the following rates.

Paper service                                                  $60.00 per person (includes 3 attempts and mileage)

Add’l respondent at same address                 $60.00 per person (includes 3 attempts and mileage)

Add’l respondent at different address            $60.00 per person (includes 3 attempts and mileage)

Sheriff Sale (Posting)                                      $75.00

Sheriff Sale (Holding Sale)                              $75.00

Writs (Restitution/Assistance/Replevin)         $90.00 (plus $50.00 per Deputy per hour and additional expenses if required)

Executions against Property                          $90.00 (plus $50.00 per Deputy per hour and  additional expenses if required)
