Disturbance

On March 12, 2015 at approximately 10:30 pm Sauk County Sheriff's Deputies were sent to a residence on Pine Knoll Ct in the Township of Fairfield for a report of a subject peeking in windows.  While enroute, Deputies were informed that the suspect was attempting to force his way into the residence and was being held at gunpoint by a neighbor who had been contacted by the homeowner.

Deputies arrived and found the neighbor and the suspect in the back yard.  The suspect was identified as Theodore L. Brown, age 19, of Baraboo, WI.  Brown appeared to be intoxicated and believed that he was at his own residence on Badger Drive in the City of Baraboo. Brown was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct.  During a search of his pockets, Deputies located marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Brown was incarcerated in the Sauk County Jail and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
