Drug Arrest

On December 31,2014, in response to an ongoing investigation into the sale and distribution of controlled substances in Sauk County and the City of Reedsburg, Wisconsin, Officers with the Sauk County Drug Task Force did make contact with Robert A. Estes, 31 years of age of Reedsburg. Estes was contacted due to the fact he was on Active Community Supervision and there was probable cause to believe that he was involved in the use and sales of Marijuana and Prescription Medications. A search of his residence was conducted and evidence was found to support the following charges:

Possession of Marijuana – 2^nd & subsequent offence - Felony

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Misdemeanor

Probation and Parole Hold
