Drug Arrest - Rock Springs

Seiler

On Thursday, September 20th, 2018, as part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and distribution of crack cocaine in Sauk County, Deputies and Officers with the Sauk County Drug Task Force arrested Cory A. Seiler, 57 years old of rural Rock Springs.

Seiler sold Crack Cocaine to a confidential informant on three separate occasions during the investigation. Seiler is currently on Community Supervision through the Department of Corrections for a previous conviction for the sale of Crack Cocaine. A search of his residence was conducted and further evidence was discovered resulting in additional charges.

Seiler was taken into custody and transported to the Sauk County Jail on 2 counts of Delivery of Cocaine as a party to the crime, 1 count of Delivery of Cocaine, 1 count of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver (more than 10 grams), 1 count of Possession of Schedule 4 drugs with Intent to Deliver, 1 count of Maintaining a Drug Dwelling, 1 count of Possession of Marijuana as a 2nd or subsequent offense, 1 count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Probation Violation.

The Sauk County Drug Task Force is comprised of Deputies from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office, Officers from the Reedsburg Police Department, Sauk Prairie Police Department, Baraboo Police Department, Lake Delton Police Department, Spring Green/Plain Police Departments and Troopers from the Wisconsin State Patrol.
