Drug Search Warrant -LaValle Township

On Friday June 9th, 2017, as part of an ongoing investigation into the manufacture and use of controlled substances in the Township of LaValle, Sauk County, Wisconsin, Officers with the Sauk County Drug Task Force and the Town of LaValle Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence located on STH 33 in the Township of LaValle.

During the execution of the search warrant, both processed marijuana and live marijuana plants were discovered within the residence and on the property.

As a result, Christopher D. Leubner, 34 years of age of LaValle, WI was arrested for Manufacturing/Delivering Marijuana, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking place, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Leubner was also arrested for Resisting/Obstructing an Officer causing Great Bodily Harm, as during his arrest he resisted Officers attempts to get him into custody, causing an officer to sustain a broken bone in his leg.

Leubner was taken to the Sauk County Jail.

The Sauk County Drug Task Force is comprised of officers from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office, The Reedsburg Police Department, The Sauk Prairie Police Department, The Baraboo Police Department, The Lake Delton Police Department, The Spring Green / Plain Police Departments and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
