Jail Healthcare Provider Bid

The Sauk County Sheriff's Office is requesting proposals for jail healthcare providers to provide health services in the Sauk County Jail.  The Full RFP is attached.  

Submission of Proposals

One original and 2 copies of the sealed proposal must be delivered to:

            Sauk County Sheriff’s Office

            Attn: Lewis Lange

            1300 Lange Ct

            Baraboo, WI 53913

Sealed proposals must be delivered no later than 4 PM on November 7, 2016.  Proposals received after the above date and time will be returned and unopened.

The proposal must be sealed and must be plainly marked in the lower left-hand corner of the corner “Inmate Medical Sealed Proposal.”  Failure to submit a proposal in a properly marked envelope may eliminate the proposal from consideration.

Opening of Proposals

Proposals will be opened and read publicly on (November 8, 2016) at (9:00 AM) at the Sauk County Law Enforcement Center.  Proposals will be evaluated and an award, if any, will be made to the proposer who best meets the requirements and is judged best able to provide a health care delivery system at the jail facility.

Other Information

Sauk County is not liable for any costs incurred in replying to the Request for Proposal.  The county reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to select the proposal considered most advantageous to Sauk County.
