Lake Delton Search Warrant

NEWS RELEASE

 

 

On October 10th, 2013, Officers with the Lake Delton Police Department and The Sauk County Drug Task Force executed a Search Warrant at a residence located in the Village of Lake Delton, WI.  

As a result of this Search Warrant, Leobardo Vargas, age 33, was arrested and incarcerated in the Sauk County Jail on the following charges:

Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place

Possession of THC

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

 

Robert Alongi, age 45, was also arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Probation Hold from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

 

Corey Smith, age 28, was located at the residence and transported to the Sauk County Jail on two arrest warrants from Columbia County.  

 

As a result of this search warrant, marijuana, prescription pills, and drug paraphernalia were seized.

The Sauk County Drug Task Force consists of members from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office, Baraboo Police Department, Sauk Prairie Police Department, Reedsburg Police Department, Lake Delton Police Department, Spring Green / Plain Police Department and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
