THEFTS

09/03/2013  Theft of a canceled check from a vehicle parked at a residence on Center Street in the Village of LaValle.

09/10/2013  Theft of gasoline and a pack of cigarettes from a residence on Pagel Drive in the Township of Honey Creek.

 

BURGLARY

09/05/2013  Theft of gasoline from a vehicle while it was parked in a garage at a residence on Bundy Hollow Road in the Township of LaValle.

09/08/2013  Theft of a fishing pole, Samurai sword and a wireless USB box with memory cards from a residence on Grove Street in the Village of Merrimac.

 

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

09/04/2013  Damage to a window at a residence on CTH G in the Township of Washington.  It appears the damage may have been caused by a BB.

09/07/2013  Tiana R. Mallory was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 2nd offense, Operating After Revocation 3rd offense, Obstructing an Officer and Keep Open Intoxicants in Motor Vehicle. 

09/07/2013  Micah S. Kallio was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 3rd offense.

09/08/2013  Aaron M. Chitwood was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 1st offense.

09/08/2013  Jose A. Valderrama was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 4th offense, Operating While Revoked and IID Tampering/Failure to Install.
