On Sunday, February 12, 2023 at approximately 3:44AM, a Sergeant from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Wisconsin Dells Parkway near B-Lux Grill & Bar in the Village of Lake Delton. The Sergeant made contact with the operator, who was identified as Demarco L McNeal, age 47, of Marshall, WI.

While speaking to McNeal, the Sergeant observed signs of impairment. McNeal was asked to perform field sobriety tests. As a result of those tests, McNeal was placed under arrest for Operating while Intoxicated 3^rd Offense.

Charges of Operating While Intoxicated 3^rd Offense, Operating after revocation 5^th Offense, Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Armed with a Firearm while Intoxicated are being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office.
