On Saturday, June 15, 2024, at approximately 11:49PM a Deputy from the Sauk County Sheriff's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Highway 60 near Babington Road in the Town of Troy. The Deputy made contact with the operator, who was identified as Riley Lee, age 23, of Dodgeville, WI.
While speaking with Lee, the Deputy observed signs of impairment. Lee was asked to perform field sobriety tests. As a result of those tests, Lee was placed under arrest for Operating While Intoxicated 3rd Offense.
Charges of Operating While Intoxicated 3rd Offense and Open Intoxicants in a motor vehicle are being referred to the Sauk County Sheriff's Office.
