OWI 3rd

On January 25, 2021 at approximately 7:47 pm a Sauk County sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on South Street in the Village of La Valle. The offending vehicle, was being driven by Brian Wood, age 47 of La Valle.

During initial contact with Wood, the deputy noted signs of impairment. Wood was asked to submit to field sobriety testing and was ultimately arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, 3rd offense and cited for open intoxicants, operating while suspended, and operating left of Center.
