On Monday, September 16, 2024 at approximately 7:36PM, a Deputy from Sauk County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a suspicious activity complaint on White Birch Drive in the Town of Delton. When the Deputy arrived on scene, contact was made with Jadda Remlinger, age 45, of Elkhorn, WI.

While speaking with Remlinger, the Deputy observed signs of impairment. Remlinger was asked to perform field sobriety tests. As a result of those tests, Remlinger was placed under arrest for Operating While Intoxicated 4^th Offense.

Charges of Operating While Intoxicated 4^th Offense, Operating after Suspension, Non-registration of Auto, Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle, and Resisting/Obstructing are being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office.
