OWI 4th Arrest

**For Immediate Release**

January 31, 2011

On January 30, 2011 at approximately 8:37pm, the Sauk County Communications Center received a report of a vehicle in the ditch on USH 12 just south of Pit Road in the Township of Baraboo.
The responding Deputy made contact with the operator, identified as Kyle Fledman, age 24, of Reedsburg, WI. Upon further investigation, it was believed that Feldman was intoxicated. Field Sobriety Tests confirmed the Deputies beliefs and Feldman was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated 4th Offense within 5 years, Operating After Revocation 2nd Offense, and Failure to Keep Vehicle Under Control.
Feldman was incarcerated in the Sauk County Jail.
