OWI 4th W/MINOR PASSENGER
On Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at approximately 2:42 AM Sauk County Communications Center was notified of a one vehicle accident on STH 23 at Highland Road in the Township of Westfield. When the deputy arrived he observed signs of impairment from the operator. The operator was identified as Joshua D Bock, age 33 of Loganville. The passenger was identified as Joshua Bock's 10 year old son. Both subjects were transported to Reedsburg Area Medical Center by Reedsburg EMS for non life threatening injuries.
After follow up investigation was completed Joshua Bock was placed under arrest for Operating While Intoxicated, 4th offense w/minor passenger. The charge is being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney's Office.
