OWI 5

     On July 20, 2013 at approximately 4:30am a Sauk County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a subject, wanted on a warrant, operating a vehicle in Ho-Chunk Village.  The Deputy stopped the vehicle and the identity of the driver was confirmed to be Jason H. Rave, age 41, of Baraboo, WI.  Rave showed evidence of intoxication.  Rave failed field sobriety tests.

     A check of Rave’s driving record showed that his drivers license is Revoked and that he had four prior convictions for Operating A Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. 

     Rave was arrested and Transported to the Sauk County Jail.  He was charged with Operating After Revocation 1^st Offense, Operating A Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated 5^th Offense, and a Sauk County Warrant for Domestic Abuse Disorderly Conduct.
