On Saturday, December 7, 2024 at approximately 7:06 am, a Deputy with the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Ishnala Rd. in the Delton Township. The Deputy made contact with the driver, who was identified as Quinn S. Phippen, age 36 of North Freedom.
While speaking to Phippen, the Deputy observed signs of impairment. Phippen was asked to do field sobriety tests and as a result of those tests, Phippen was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense.
Charges of Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense, Fail to Install Ignition Interlock Device, Felony Bail Jumping, Operating while Suspended, and Non Registration of Automobile are being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney's Office.
