On Saturday, February 15th, 2025 at approximately 11:23 PM a deputy with the Sauk County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on Lake Street at Center Street in the City of Baraboo, WI. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Forrest Pickett III, age 44 of Baraboo.
While speaking with Pickett the deputy observed signs of impairment. Pickett was asked to submit to field sobriety testing and as a result he was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, 5th offense.
Charges of Operating While Intoxicated 5th offense, Operating After Revocation and IID Tampering/Fail to Install are being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney's Office.
